OUR SERVICES
Our Professional Services will include the following:
*The personal attention and support of our trained staff in discussing and planning the funeral, including arrangements and confirmations with all the third parties involved, advice on registration and assistance with the completion of all statutory documentation.
* We will organise the insertion of newspaper notices and acknowledgements, the receipt and care of floral tributes, and the receipt and listing of charitable donations.
* You and your family and friends will have the use of our chapel of rest / visiting room and the attendance of our funeral director and bearers throughout the funeral.
* Our staff are always happy to give any on-going assistance and support, as needed, before and after the funeral.
Transfer and Care of Your Loved One
Our professionally trained staff will attend at any time - day or night - along with a private vehicle with the necessary equipment to transfer your loved one to our premises in a dignified and discreet manner from place of death. Once in our care, we will attend to the care and preparation of the deceased, including dressing them in their own clothing or suitable gown, as requested.
Vehicles
We have a modern luxury fleet including a hearse and limousines. The limousines seat six passengers in comfort and all seats are forward facing.
Should you wish for something more traditional, we can also arrange for the provision of a traditional Horse-drawn Victorian-style hearse with a pair or team of black or white horses. If you are looking for something different, perhaps a reflection of your loved one's personality or lifestyle, then maybe a motorcycle hearse, Land Rover hearse or a vintage lorry would be appropriate. Please ask us for more details of the various vehicles and options available for a bespoke funeral.
Coffins and Caskets
We can provide a wide range of coffins and caskets suitable for burial or cremation, from the simple to the more ornate. We are able to provide traditional English coffins, English caskets, "reflections" picture coffins and elaborate American-style caskets. We also have an extensive "Eco Range" of coffins and caskets constructed of willow (wicker), bamboo, sea grass, banana leaf, water hyacinth, wool, and cardboard. Urns and Ashes Caskets
We can provide a wide range of urns, ashes caskets, and scattering tubes suitable for the retention, burial or scattering of ashes (cremated remains).
Floral Tributes
We are able to provide a wide range of floral tributes. From coffin sprays, wreaths, sheaths, and bespoke designs. Please ask to see our comprehensive brochure.
Orders of Service and Condolence Stationery
We are also able to arrange for the printing of Orders of Service and other condolence stationery. These can be personalised to your own design and may include colour photos of the deceased. Please ask us for more details.
